Er,the books are definitely available in English in print (at least in the US) as well as ebook.
Going by wikipedia and Amazon Japan, it was initally collected as 4 ebooks but later as 3 print volumes in print, so I believe the English translation is complete (and just divided the same as the Japanese print volumes).
