I recently read Amal El-Mohtar and Max Gladstone's gorgeous, wonderful novella This is How You Lose the Time War, and wrote a bit about it in my journal here. Not really spoilery, there's a bit more in it than in the blurb, but no major spoilers. If you need to know more before reading, just ask me. I heartily recommend the book, though! It's beautiful, unusual, poetic and lovely.
